Curriculum

The school follows the curriculum and syllabus based on the CBSE Pattern and prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school has classes from Pre-KG to Grade XII. The medium of instruction is English for all the courses, but the school also places an equal emphasis on Tamil and Hindi.

CBSE's education structure allows the student to study rigorously and develop skills at the same time. It provides the basic and general knowledge required for a child to move forward in terms of education. When it comes to cracking the important engineering and medical entrance exams after grade 12, CBSE students get an edge over others as most of these exams are based on the CBSE syllabus.

Facilities

At MCC Public School we believe that the school ambience positively impacts the students. Bearing this in mind we have spacious open areas and wide corridors with well-ventilated classrooms. To foster effective interaction between students and teachers, we ensure that classrooms are not overcrowded, creating an ideal learning environment.

We have a well-equipped 24/7 CCTV monitored safe and spacious green campus which includes Multipurpose Hall, Auditorium, Separate Play zone for kindergarten, Open Games and Sports Arenas, Infirmary, RO water plant, Canteen, Separate washrooms for boys and girls on each floor and Elevators throughout the buildings, School Bus with tracking systems. Moreover, we offer transport facilities to our students with GPS, Speed Governors and Cameras in buses so they can commute to school and back home without much hassle.

The school's innovative design includes essential facilities for 21st- century learning where all the classrooms have been converted into Digi- classrooms fitted with smart boards. The School is equipped with a Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Biology Lab, Junior and Senior Computer Lab Separately, MATH Lab, STEM Lab, Music room, and Library. The school has a fulltime Special Educator and Counsellor to support the students and teachers.

The school also provides specialised training in various activities after school hours through skilled coaches such as Public Speaking Class, Handwriting Class, Karate/Taekwondo, Chess, Silambam, Gymnastics, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Football and Badminton, Swimming, Archery.
