Anti-Bullying Committee

Bullying is a pattern of behaviour, rather than an incident. It can be identified through the following three characteristics – intent, repetition and power. This can have harmful and long-lasting consequences for children. Besides the physical effects of bullying, children may experience emotional and mental health problems, including depression and anxiety that can lead to substance abuse and decreased performance in school. MCCPS believes in overcoming evil with good i.e. overcoming negative with positive. Therefore, we try to impart the positive thought to our students that strong people don’t harm or put others down, they help or lift them up. The Anti Bullying Committee of our school deals with any kind of act related to bullying.

Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee

All children have an equal right to access education in an environment that is safe, protective and conducive to the overall development. The challenges of gender inequality, eve teasing and sexual abuse in school environment call for increased awareness and creating synergy among parents, teachers and schools.

In order to ensure strict compliance of the protection of child from sexual offence MCCPS has constituted Anti Sexual Harassment Committee to take necessary initiatives and actions for creating awareness about sexual exploitation among the school and to enquire into any complaints received.

POCSO Committee

The child abuse monitoring committee (CAMC) is formed to protect children from sexual offences act (POCSO ACT) 2012.
