TEACHER’S DAY (05.09.2019)
“A Teacher is a friend, Philosopher and guide who holds our hands, opens our mind and touches our heart”. In India, the Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th September and this tradition started from 1962. This was the day when Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan the First President of India was born. His birthday is celebrated as Teacher’s Day. His dedicated work towards education made his birthday an important day in the history of India. We remember the great work of this exemplary person on this day.
The students of MCC Public School celebrated Teacher’s Day in a grandeur manner. They felicitated teachers with a card and a flower and also they entertained with a skit and a graceful choreo. The students also conducted games for teachers which made the day more memorable.
