“A country that does not take pride in its language and literature can never progress”.
Hindi Diwas is celebrated on September 14 to pay tribute to the official language of India. India is a land of ‘Unity in diversity’. The people in India speak different languages but the single chord that keeps them intact in Hindi.
The students and staff of MCC Public School celebrated Hindi Diwas in the school to mark the importance of the country’s most widely spoken language. A special assembly on that day marked the occasion. Students across the classes participated in various programs like Speech, Singing, Poem Recitation, etc. in Hindi language.
Our Principal Mrs. Priscilla Sunder commended the efforts of the students towards making the Hindi Diwas a success and also appreciated the students’ performance by giving them gifts.
“Hindi hain hum, vatan hai Hindustan hamara”.
